MODERN AND WELCOMING PROPERTY CLOSE TO THE SOUND OF SEIL The cottage offers year round comfort well-proportioned rooms all on one level attractively furnished and modernised. From its elevated position above the road the cottages provides stunning views across the Sound of Seil while the surrounding area is delightful for walking. The picturesque Isle of Seil is a haven of peace and tranquillity just off the Argyll coast and located 14 miles from Oban. This lovely area is an excellent touring centre popular with walkers kayakers and wildlife enthusiasts. You can visit the many islands off the coast fascinating museums castles and visitor centres featuring sea life and aspects of local history and culture. Oban boasts a wide variety of shops restaurants and pubs with evening entertainment. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk (full size double bunk bed with single bunk over). Bathroom: with shower over bath. Lounge/diner: freeview TV and DVD. Kitchen: electric oven fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Utility room. Outside: small private open garden with patio area and garden furniture. Amenities: parking for two cars electric heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: Telephone for incoming calls only. Location: country pub 10 minute walk. Shops 1 mile. Arrival 4pm
